根据计算机控制设备特点，DCS除像常规控制设备一样进行外围设备检修外，随机组大小修至少要进行以下项目的检修，即模件组态拷贝，核实控制模件标志和地址;清扫电源、模件及防尘滤网，检查紧固控制柜接线，进行接地系统检查，冷却风扇检修，电源设备检修测试;重要测量和保护信号线路绝缘检查;电子室温度、湿度及含尘量检修前测试，检修后复查;模件电源及冗余模件的切换试验;报警及保护功能测试;通信、手动操作站检查;进行卡进行校验等;检修前要做好充分的准备工作，检修中要严格执行工序卡制度，并认真做好检修记录，对电源、模件等测试要仔细填写测试报告。
大修项目
DCS系统大修随机组主设备大修进行，大修项目因包括以下内容：
1) 对控制设备进行全面检查，作好记录。
2) 拷贝所有模件的组态，核实模件的标志和地址。
3) 清扫控制柜电源及模件，清理盘柜防尘滤网。
4) 检查、紧固控制柜接线及固定螺丝。
5) 接地系统检查，电源性能测试，线路绝缘测试。
6) 对控制柜进行防尘、密封处理，更换冷却风扇。
7) 记录仪、打印机、报警窗、人机接口设备等检修。
8) 消除运行中无法处理的缺陷，恢复和完善各种标志。
9) 硬件设备功能试验，组态软件装载及检查。
10)测量模件校验，现场设备检修。
11)保护联锁试验。
12)电缆、管路及其附件检查、更换。
View the working status of the operation station

If the data from other operating stations remains unchanged, it indicates a malfunction in the system communication network. Immediately notify maintenance personnel to check the operation of the network equipment and repair it.

Immediately switch the relevant self adjustment system to manual adjustment, and if necessary, go to the site for adjustment. If it is a related parameter, notify the instrument and microcomputer personnel to check whether a certain adjustment system fluctuation causes a change in the related parameters. At the same time, put the relevant adjustment system in manual mode and adjust it on-site if necessary.
