3 次故障现象大致相同,两套系统所有操作站和各自的控制站、 监视站通信全部中断。控制站工作正常,操作站则完全丧失了操作和监视功能,画面中凡是显示仪表数据的位置都以星号代替,画面可以翻页,计时器仍在计时,状态说明操作站自身工作是正常的。故障现象不同之处主要表现在: 第1 次故障发生时, 操作站系统条件画面HF BUS 总线由绿变红, 显示总线故障。而后 2 次故障发生时,HF BUS 总线则显示正常。 第1 次故障发生时,尿素装置21#控制站的控制卡件进行了切换;第2次故障发生时, 尿素装置 22#控制站的控制卡件进行了切换; 而在第 3 次故障发生时 21#站和22#站的控制卡件同时发生切换。合成氨装置 6个控制站则始终工作正常。DCS 正常运行和故障期间收集到了大量的通信故障报警信息。现将第2 次通信故障发生前几个月和故障发生时出现的报警信息列入表1中。基于第1 次通信故障发生时,系统条件画面显示总线故障信息, 认为HF BUS 总线是冗余的,只有当2 根总线同时遭到破坏通信才会中断。
